Another sunny day in Cornwall, and another grading.

Shihan Gilbert took the class through some extended kihon before moving on to ippon kumite and kata. During the session some of the impending changes to the syllabus were discussed and tried out (information on the changes will be circulated separately).

After the break Shihan Gilbert, Sensei Woods and Sensei Long were accompanied on the panel by Sempai Wharram and Sempai Bassey who were there purely as observers/examiners in training.
