The day started with Sensei Long putting everyone through their paces with some Kihon, and then the group was spilt into three for some more personal tuition. Shihan Whale took the beginners, Sensei Long the middle grades and Shihan Gilbert the seniors. At the end of the training session a panel of Sandokai's most senior grades presented Terri Boughton with her 6th Dan in respect of nearly three decades of dedication to Sandokai.
